GO, SLOW, WHOA Nutrition and Fitness Lessons @ Boyd Elementary

I was excited to work with Boyd Elementary PE teachers, Coach Roderick and Coach Wilson implementing nutrition/fitness lessons!  Students in grades kindergarten through 3rd grade participated and by the end of the lessons they were pretty savvy when it came to understanding the difference between GO, SLOW, and WHOA foods!  Parents be sure to ask your Boyd Elementary student about this information and take time to investigate healthy Go/Slow/Whoa foods in your kitchen and help your child make good nutrition choices. Check out this chart to use as a guide to help your family make healthy food choices.
