Studies show that keeping kids active and healthy will improve their ability to learn and pay attention in class. 
  •  In a review of 14 published studies investigating the link between participation in physical activity and academic performance, 11 studies found that regular participation in physical activity is associated with improved academic performance. Trost, S.G.
